Tiberius - 8th log of 2009 - White Oak

This 33" diameter log was brought up in the Ohio River watershed. It was probably felled in the 1860-1890s. Please call for availability and to receive samples.

Logzilla - 14th log of 2008 - White Oak

This 44" diameter log also comes from the Ohio River watershed. This log was large both in length and width. The tree was well over 100 years old when it was logged over 100 years ago.

Cronus - 9th log of 2009 - White Oak

This 41" diameter log is one of the oldest we've recovered. It was cut by an axe rather than a saw like most of the recovered logs. That, together with it's level of river mineral infusion leads us to conclude that it was felled in the 1700s by some of the area's early settlers. The color has a slight purplish cast that makes this log stand out. Please call for availability and to receive samples.
